I am deeply passionate about helping people live fulfilling, purpose-driven lives. I’ve personally navigated many of the challenges my clients face—feeling stuck or directionless, procrastination and overthinking, struggles with confidence and time management, relationship breakdowns, periods of depression, and experiences of trauma.
Through deep reflection, self-awareness, and the development of my own personal growth framework, I transformed my life and learned how to truly Do Life!
Today, I am committed to helping you overcome similar challenges with empathy, clarity, and support while still challenging you—so you can move forward with confidence, achieve your vision and goals, and live a life aligned with purpose and fulfillment.
I have trained with two different coaching organizations, gaining diverse and well-rounded perspectives on effective life coaching. I have also attended multi day summits by Brendon Burchard, Tony Robbins, Mandy Morris and Rob Dial. Prior to this, I completed a Diploma in Applied Psychology and also Mindfulness, which provided a strong foundation in understanding human behavior and the mind. In all, I have completed over 225 hours of training. I continue to invest in my professional growth through ongoing learning with certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Counseling, ensuring my clients receive thoughtful, up-to-date, and high-quality guidance.
Before becoming a Life Coach, I spent nearly 15 years at Microsoft, working as a Database Engineer, Consultant, and Manager. I later collaborated with several charitable organizations, further aligning my work with service and meaningful impact.
Alongside my professional journey, I have pursued my greatest passion—travel—exploring over 80 countries across six continents. These experiences have deeply shaped my global perspective and enriched my understanding of people, cultures, and human potential.
